The higher the quality and volume of milk, the more consistently consumers across Mongolia can access healthy and nutritious dairy products. Since the pandemic period, over the past five years, the volume of milk collected by Suu JSC has been steadily increasing. In 2024, the company achieved a historic milestone by collecting and processing the largest amount of milk in its history.
In addition, Suu JSC successfully collaborated with 22 milk supply cooperatives in 2023 and set a goal to expand that number to 30 in 2024—a target that has been fully achieved. The increase in cooperatives has become a significant factor in reducing costs for herders while boosting their income.
On June 11, 2024, a total of 64 pregnant heifers of the Montbéliarde breed were imported from the French Republic to Mongolia. Following their arrival, the cattle underwent a 14-day quarantine period and a full veterinary examination. After clearance, they were officially handed over to herders and farmers. Going forward, Suu JSC aims to make this initiative regular by continuously importing purebred pregnant heifers and supplying them to its milk producers.
