Technological Advancements

Suu JSC has successfully implemented a total of 13 technical and technological projects, significantly accelerating the automation of its production facilities. These advancements include an automatic yogurt formulation system, a CIP (Clean-In-Place) system, an MMS palletizing robot, and a new low-pressure air supply system, among others.

Ammonia Refrigeration System

With an investment of 2 billion MNT, the company upgraded its ammonia refrigeration system, which includes evaporators, condensers, and receivers, and equipped it with a fully automated control system. This upgrade ensures high safety standards and stable cooling performance throughout operations.

Production

Our factory is equipped with high-capacity milk processing, sterilization, and packaging lines from countries such as Italy, Japan, Sweden, and Finland. We produce over 70 types of dairy products.

Drinking Milk Production Process

Raw milk is received and tested, then processed through various stages including a deaerator, pasteurizer, separator, and bactofuge, ensuring safe and hygienic storage conditions throughout the process.

Fermented Dairy Product Production

With the introduction of the fully automated KRONES system, Suu JSC now has the capacity to produce 90 tons of yogurt per day. Thanks to the thermoform line, the entire process—including fruit mixing, filling, and sealing—has been fully automated.
