Human Resource Policy

At Suu JSC, we are committed to implementing a flexible and efficient human resource strategy and policy. We strive to create the conditions for our employees—the foundation of our success—to work sustainably and productively over the long term by empowering and developing them in all aspects, offering competitive salaries and incentives, and supporting them in addressing social issues.

We are working toward people-centered development by aligning with modern trends in human resource management.

To increase productivity and provide growth opportunities for our employees, we have launched new and innovative idea campaigns, promoting creativity and establishing a well-organized system through the “Suu JSC Employee Innovation Support Program.”

In addition, to improve workplace order and productivity, we implemented the 5S campaign, during which activation, auditing, and training teams were mobilized.

To continuously improve our production, engineering, business, and management processes, we have implemented the Kaizen Suggestion System, which puts employee-proposed innovations and ideas into practice.

We also maintain an active internal culture by organizing various events such as Lunar New Year celebrations with our retired senior employees, company-wide meetings, commemorative holidays, and sports competitions.
